Oracle - right join, where is the condition?

I have two tables:

Table1:

| Id | Name |

|----|------|

| 1 | a |

| 2 | b |

| 3 | c |

Table2:

| Id | Name | Fk1 |

|----|------|-----|

| 1 | d | 3 |

| 2 | e | 3 |

| 3 | f | 3 |

I want to extract all the records from Table1 that has no records in Table2.

I tried to write this query:

SELECT * FROM Table1 A

JOIN Table2 B ON A.Id = B.Fk1

WHERE B.Id IS NULL;

This is returning all the records that has no FK records.

I also tried:

SELECT * FROM Table1 A

LEFT JOIN Table2 B ON A.Id = B.Fk1

WHERE B.Id IS NULL;

This is returning all the records that has no records in Table2.

I want to get all the records from Table1 that have no records in Table2.

LEFT JOIN Table2 B ON A.Id = B.Fk1

WHERE B.Id IS NULL;

LEFT JOIN Table2 b ON a.Id = b.Fk1 WHERE b.Id IS NULL

WHERE B.Id IS NULL;

Try it.

You also need to add DISTINCT to the SELECT statement if you are using SQL*Plus as the OP has already mentioned.
